This option is for couples who want a full ceremony, shaped for a smaller gathering. The same care, preparation, and presence, just with fewer people in the room.

All the Legal Bits

Preparation and lodgement of all essential marriage paperwork, including:

  • Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

  • Declaration of No Legal Impediment

  • Registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM)

Where possible, a meeting is held prior to the ceremony to sign final documents, so there is nothing to manage on the day itself.

Full legal compliance is ensured. Tara is the authorised celebrant who must be present to solemnise the marriage and make it official.

Planning the Ceremony

  • A relaxed first meeting to get to know each other and make sure it feels right

  • Access to Tara’s Ceremony Creation Guide, with guidance and prompts to support vow writing and ceremony choices

  • Two planning meetings, held in person or online, to shape and refine your ceremony

  • Ongoing email and chat support throughout the process, so questions are answered as they arise

On the Day

  • A ceremony written specifically for you, shaped around your story, tone, and how you want the moment to feel

  • Confident, natural delivery that holds the room without forcing it or getting in the way

  • Use of Tara’s professional RODE microphone system where required, compatible with venue and outdoor speaker setups, so every word is heard clearly

  • A ceremony that flows cleanly from start to finish, allowing you to stay present and enjoy the moment

Keeping Things on Track

  • Clear guidance on timing and what happens when, with reminders along the way so nothing is missed

  • Rehearsals recommended for ceremonies with bridal parties, timed entrances, or music cues, to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Practical advice on processional order, positioning, and movement, so everyone knows where to be without guesswork

Keeping It Intimate

  • A guest list of up to 20 people

  • A ceremony designed to suit a smaller gathering, without losing intention, presence, or impact

Micro weddings allow more flexibility, closeness, and connection, while still holding the ceremony with the same care and professionalism as a full wedding.

    Travel beyond this area is discussed and quoted based on location
    Wagga Wagga weddings are charged at a flat travel rate of $200
