Preparation and lodgement of all essential legal paperwork:

• Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

• Declaration of No Legal Impediment

• Registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM)

All minimum legal requirements and lodgement timeframes apply.

Full legal compliance is ensured. Tara is the authorised celebrant who must be present to solemnise the marriage and make it official.

The Process

• An initial meeting, held in person or online, to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage and confirm eligibility

• A $200 booking fee to secure the date

• A brief meeting prior to the legal marriage to finalise and sign all required documents

The process is clear and straightforward, with guidance provided so nothing is missed.

On the Day

This is a legal signing only.

The legal vows are spoken, paperwork is signed, and the marriage is formally solemnised. The legal minimum applies throughout. Two people getting married, two witnesses aged 18 or over, and one authorised celebrant.

There is no personalised ceremony or storytelling. Just the legal requirements, completed properly.

Keeping Things on Track

You are guided through all required steps, deadlines, and declarations so everything is completed within the correct timeframes and without stress.

• Travel
  Locations within 50 kilometres of Tara’s Sunshine Coast base are included.
  Travel beyond this area is discussed and quoted based on location.

• Hand Calligraphed Marriage Certificate
  Included.
  A keepsake created by a local Brisbane artist and presented as part of the legal signing.
